To access the Belina Connect Module you need to enter your Username and Password.
If a password has been forgotten then a One Time Password (OTP) can be emailed to any registered email address. To do this:
- Press the 'Forgot Password' link on the Connect login screen
- enter your email address.
- Select the destination email to send the OTP
- An OTP will then be sent to that address. (if you do not receive the OTP please check if the email supplied is the one registered in belina connect)
- Use the OTP received to reset your password
- Then you can now login with the new credentials
