Adjustments - Net Pay Adjustment

Modified on Thu, 11 Apr at 11:39 AM

A Net Pay Adjustment procedure is useful when you have already paid employee/s their net pay but would now like to pay an additional amount within the current period.  This procedure allows there to be more than one pay run in the same period without paying what has already been paid.

This often happens where adjustments are necessary to the payroll that could be caused by overtime amounts coming through after the pay run, a bonus is declared or a backpay is being processed.

See this link for more information on how to process a Net Paid Adjustment.
