Existing Payroll

If the Belina Payroll Module is already setup then employee details will automatically come through into the Time Control Module.


There is only one additional field that needs to be completed, being the 'Time Clocking Number' under the 'Works' Tab.  This is the number that has been allocated to the employee on the biometric terminal device being used.  This reference provides the link between the employee as recorded on the biometric terminal and the employee in the Time Control Module.

If the Time Clocking Numbers for employees are recorded in a spreadsheet it would also be possible to import these into the system. For more information about importing spreadsheet details, see: Import from Excel


New Payroll

If the Belina Payroll Module has not been setup then it will be necessary to setup, as a minimum, the compulsory fields of the Employee Master.  For further information about these compulsory fields and how to set up the Employee Master for employee's, one at a time, see: Employee Master


If the Employee details are recorded in a spreadsheet it would also be possible to import these into the system.  For more information about importing spreadsheet details, see: Import from Excel
