The shift rotation system used by the Belina Time Control Module is centered on the setup of 'Shifts' (possibly using 'Slots') and 'Rotations'.
Each day worked is a Shift. That shift may, or may not, be made up of time 'Slots'. The Shifts are then strung together into a Rotation.
One of the examples given in the Belina User manual is for an organization whose administration department works a 5.5 day working week where Monday to Thursdays are worked from 8 to 5 with different clocking out times on the Friday and Saturday.
Slots

Rotations
In the example, above, the shifts setup for Monday to Thursday, for Friday and for Saturday are put into a Shift Rotation.
For more information about how to allocate 'Rotations' to employees see FAQ Topic '4 Setup - Step 10 - Allocate Rotations to employees'.
