Data - How is information transferred to and from the Payroll to Belina Connect

Synchronizing transfers data from Belina Payroll to Belina Connect so that each system has up-to-date information.

First Synchronization

The first synchronization is usually done after setting up the parameters for the Connect Module in the Payroll Module and in the Connect Module before employees start to process applications.

Subsequent synchronizations 

Synchronizations may be done any number of times during a period.  To have up to date leave balances reflect in the Connect Module do the synchronization after the first calculation routine in the current period.
