Approval Path - How do I modify an approval path

Note: 

Before removing an approver from the approval path ensure that there are no pending applications for that approver.  To do this either:

- action all outstanding applications for the approver being removed, or 

- redirect each application to another approver.

If there are applications pending a warning message displays and does not allow the removal of the approver.
