Security Features

Belina HR Payroll has security features designed to maintain data integrity and minimize unauthorized access to your payroll.

USERS AND PASSWORDS

You can create different types of passwords depending on the organisation's setup.

For instance, you will be able to create users and assign them to groups with varying security levels to restrict access to sensitive information and maintain the integrity of your data.

PAYROLL CHANGES REPORT

You can print the Master file changes in a particular month. Information such as engaged employees and discharged employees and all related information will be shown.

To view this report go to the  'View', 'Exceptions', then 'Master File Changes' menu options.

AUDIT TRAIL REPORT

This report gives an overview of all activities carried out by all users of the payroll. It shows you what have they accessed, what time they accessed it, and what changes they may have made.

LOCK - UNLOCK

The payroll has a feature that enables you to lock your payroll after processing to make sure that no changes happen after you have paid.

SQL

The use of SQL server makes the networking of the payroll more secure and directly linked to Client machines thus minimizing unauthorized access.
