Automated Licence notices are sent by email when your licence is about to expire. Alternatively, when you are ready to renew your licence contact Belina to obtain a licence renewal invoice.
When a licence has expired it is still possible to process transactions but other features such as running the Calculation Routing, printing reports, exporting data and performing a period end procedure are not available.
Once the licence renewal invoice has been settled updated Registration details are sent out by email. Update the Registration Details to activate the licence and regain full functionality of the system.

RENEWAL DATE
The expiry date of the licence is taken as the commencement date for the next renewal period. The date that payment is made is NOT taken as the renewal date. The expiry date of your licence can be seen on the screen under the 'Setup', 'Registration' menu options. Press 'Proceed' to view the registration details.
RENEWAL PERIODS EXCEEDING 3 MONTHS
If you would like to renew your licence for periods exceeding, or less then, the standard 3 months then please would you ask for a quotation. In these instances, renewals are charged in USD.
PAYMENT
The bank details for payment are detailed on the invoice provided. See FAQ topic 'Bank Details - Belina'
