Belina Payroll is sold as a renewable user licence. When you initially purchase the product the price includes implementation and training cost, and the user licence for the first quarter.
Near the expiry of the initial and subsequent quarters you will be advised, by email, that the licence is due for renewal. Once you have paid for the renewal a new registration code will be supplied to you which you enter into the system. It may be possible to discuss the renewal for a different period of time is a quarter does not suit your requirements.
If you are late in making your payment the program will continue to allow you to print/preview reports. You will not, however, be able to process data or run the calculation routine.
Licence fees are Belina's main revenue source. They enable us to maintain a support infrastructure and invest into the continued development of our product.
NB: Please note that the renewal fees do not cover support fees charged for providing training or support for the specific processing challenges and requirements that you may encounter. See FAQ Topic 'Belina - Charges'
