Installation, Training and Implementation

INSTALLATION

When a payroll is purchased the first step is to have the software installed on the computer or computer server in the network.  This can be done remotely by Belina staff using TeamViewer, or the computer can be brought to the Belina offices and installed for you.  It is only necessary to bring the computer since monitors, keyboards and mice are available at our offices.  Installation can be provided on-site, but this is negotiated separately. 

IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING

When a payroll is purchased Belina provides group introductory training within 30 days of installation. Once the training syllabus has been completed implementation help is available online, through TeamViewer, or over the telephone. Implementation assistance can be provided on-site, but this is negotiated separately.

COST
The cost of implementation and introductory training is included in the original purchase price of the product.  

INTRODUCTORY TRAINING
A formal introductory training syllabus is followed and ticked off as each topic is covered. At the completion of the course the client is asked to sign off the syllabus sheet. This indicates that the topics have been covered to his/ her satisfaction.

The training normally commences at 09:00am and finishes at 4:00pm with a one hour break at 1:00pm.

The introductory syllabus takes the user through key aspects of the program, including:
- Payroll Setup
- Tax Setup
- Transaction codes
- Insertion of Employees
- Processing
- Reporting
- Backups
- Period end procedures

The course is designed to empower the user to process the first payroll period and lay a foundation from which the User can explore the system and discover additional features and functionality. It is the equivalent of a 'Beginners' course. Once the User is feeling confident with the system consideration may be given to attending an 'Advanced' Training course. 

Once the implementation and training has been provided and the syllabus sheet signed off future on-site visits will be charged on a time and mileage basis.

ADVANCED TRAINING
The initial implementation and training gives introductory training to our product. Advanced features are not covered. Advanced courses are normally done by clients after using the system for some time. This gives them a chance to grasp the foundational aspects of the system before proceeding further.
