Belina Payroll HR has been designed to minimize the amount of support that is required by our clients. When assistance is necessary there are a number of routes that can be taken in order to get the answer/s required.
FAQs
The first line of support is available in the FAQ's. We have made comprehensive notes and step by step guides to assist you on almost every area of the system. Refer to these notes first so that if you do need to contact Belina we will be able to supplement the explanation already given.
Telephone
We have a team of support personnel ready to assist you. Support is available:
- Working days 08:00am to 17:00pm.
- Saturdays 08:00am to 12:00pm.
All our staff are trained on Belina Payroll HR. It is likely, therefore, that the person answering the phone will be equipped to be able to give you answer you need without having to be transferred.
Many of your queries or requests may better suit email. You can send your query at any time of day and accept the response at a time convenient to you.
Visit
We have a team of support personnel, and dealers, that are able to assist clients at your business premises.
