There are a number of Trade Unions representing the interests of employees. Deductions are made from each employee as a percentage or an amount.
The steps required to process Trade Union contributions:
Step 1 - Create Trade Union Transaction Code see the heading ' Deduction - Trade Union' under this link.
Step 2 - Process the transaction onto each employee's Payslip Input. See the heading 'Trade Union' under this link.
Step 3 - There is a report that details the Trade Union contributions that have been calculated.
