5 Process - Step 05 - Export Data - to Belina Payroll

Data can be exported from the Time Control Module without any manual handling into the Belina Payroll Module.  Before doing any exports make sure that all time clocking records have been properly processed, and authorized and any necessary adjustments have been processed.  

The exported Time Control records will go into the Payroll Module within the same payroll.

The information that can be exported includes:

- Shift hours/ hours worked

- Overtime

- Shorttime

- Leave

- Leave Bank details, and

- Activity hours (the number of hours on a particular job/ work code)
