Running a Multicurrency payroll allows a user to enter two basics of different currencies, one in USDs and the other in RTGS.
To insert the two basics, follow the steps below
- Go to the Edit menu and select Employee Master
- Select the employee that you want to add another Basic
- Once the employee is open go onto the Pay menu and select the ellipsis button on this line as shown below
- Click on Insert and select the additional currency and insert the rate of pay and default currency as shown below
- Click close and then ok, all the changes will be saved
