The Consolidation feature combines the data from two or more payrolls from which reports can be extracted.
This give a representation of the entire organization, rather than a selected group of employees. This is particularly useful when ZIMRA, NSSA, pensions, medical aids, NEC's, Standards Levies, ZIMDEV and others. It possible to consolidate employees on monthly and weekly payrolls because the system uses the Accounting Periods rather than Pay Periods. This feature is not available for multi-currency payrolls and only selected reports are available.
