A payroll licence can only be run on one registered computer. This computer may be accessed by other computers on a network.
It is possible to install an unregistered copy of the payroll on another computer in demonstration mode. This may be useful as a means of maintaining backups and checking their integrity. Data may also be processed whilst in demonstration mode and restored back to the registered computer.
It is illegal, however, to register a second computer using the licence from another registered computer.
