Belina Payroll has a Pay Increase module which can be used to effect a pay increase across the entire payroll or a range of employees.
The increase can be effected as:
- a percentage increase based on Employee Master, Grade Rate, or Internal Grade Rate
- an amount based on Employee Master, Grade Rate, or Internal Grade Rate
To do this:
- Go to the 'Utilities', then 'Pay Increase' menu options
- Select the Pay Increase method that should be applied,
- Select the range of employees that the increase it to be applied to
It is possible to base a pay increase on previous rates of pay. It is also possible to have the increase rounded.
