Capturing
To save time capturing history data, especially when implementing Belina Payroll, there is more than one way of taking this data onboard. For further information on this topic see this link.
Deleting
History data is accumulated from the moment the Belina Software is installed. Data captured into the Employee Masterfile together with all transaction records processed into each period is accumulated. There is a legal requirement to keep payroll records for 6 years. This can be on printouts or within the system. Eventually, however, the overhead of data will require maintenance. It is possible to delete old history data, no longer required to be maintained in the system. For further information on how this is done see this link.
