Every Organization and their Users, who are using Belina software modules are bound by the terms and conditions of the Belina Licence Agreement.
This assent is evidenced by the license agreement software was first installed and signed by a representative of the organization.
This is further evidenced in the software itself when the product and its updates are installed. The program asks whether you agree to the terms of the Licence Agreement. When the 'I Agree' button is pressed the User commits themselves and the Organization to the terms of the agreement over the term in which the software is being used.
