Belina backup files are cumulative. The backup includes all history and current transactions in the payroll. Your backup includes all the data entered from the time the payroll was first used up to the current period.
ZIMRA requires that all business records, including payroll, be kept for a minimum period of six (6) years. It is useful for this information to be available on the one backup unless the file sizes make backing up unmanageable
