Employee - Selections

Belina Payroll has a Range selection facility that allows you to Process, Print, or Export data for selected employees or a range of employees.  

You can select employees by Name, Cost Centre, Department, NEC Grade, Internal Grade, Paypoint, Occupation, Position, or Bank.

EXAMPLES

Printing payslips for selected employees:

- Go to the 'View', 'Payslips' then 'Payslip Print' menu options

- Note the left panel with range options

- Tick ‘Use Tagging’

- Select 'Employee'

- Tick employees to print

- Click 'Ok' to accept the range selection

- Continue to print payslips for the selected employees

Printing a report for a range of periods:

- Go to the 'View' menu option

- Select the report you want to print e.g. Paye Report (under the ‘View’, ‘Tax', then 'Paye' menu options)

- Change the 'Period From' and 'Period To' fields to suit the range of periods required

- The report will then summarize the value of amounts for the range selected.
