The Transactions Journal after running a Calculation Routine should always be in balance. If the journal is out of balance the first step is to run or re-run the Calculation Routine to ensure that all transactions have been included in the computations. If the journal is still out of balance then:
- Go to the 'View' then 'Payslips', then 'Payslips Summary' menu options
- On the right-hand side of the screen under 'View' select 'Unbalanced' on the drop-down menu
- Print/ View the report
The report will show all the employee payslips that are not in balance. This situation is rare. Take a backup of the data and send it to Belina together with the report for analysis.
