This most often occurs when an Other Leave Transaction Code is being processed but the 'Other Leave' types are not set up properly.
To setup, or check, Other Leave parameters:
- Go to the 'Setup', then 'Other Leave' menu options.
- Check that the table lists all the Other Leave types that are needed in your organization
- If not, press 'Insert'
- Use the dropdown menu to select the 'Leave Type' required
- Enter the range of days being set up and the rate to be applied
- Tick ‘Base on years service’ if this rule applies to employees who have worked a certain number of years.
