Registration Problems

If the registration does not go through this could mean that:

- You have incorrectly entered registration details, or 

- The number of employees on your system have exceeded the number of employees allowed on your user licence, or

- the site number has changed possibly because of a re-installation of the software or changes to your operating system.

- Moved the payroll to another computer.

If there are too many employees it may be that there is a redundant payroll in the system.  To exclude this payroll from the number of active employees in the employee count consider making that payroll dormant.
