Error - Funeral

An error comes up when processing Funeral Policy and the Funeral Policy is not set up. After running Calculation Routine, if the Funeral Policy memberships are not set up properly, the error message below comes up.


 

Upon viewing the Error report, the report error reads ‘WARNING: Funeral Policy calculation: No members setup for this employee as shown below. The calculation Routine icon will remain red until this issue has been resolved.

 

 

This message will also come up when processing an individual payslip. An ‘Error’ button will show on the employee’s Payslip Input with the message below:

To clear this error message

•    Go to the Employee Master record of the employee with the error.

•    Open the ‘Membership’ tab (click 'More' to access this tab)

•    Make sure that the Member Types the employee is contributing for are set.

•    Make sure that the Member Types set for that employee exist on the Funeral Policy they are contributing towards.
