Login - An employee is not receiving the login email

In certain scenarios employees fail to receive the login email or fail to receive the One Time Password (OTP) when doing a password reset.


In the payroll module the employee's email address/es are recorded, which may include the employee's personal, and if applicable, business email address.  The system uses one of these email addresses for notifications.  These email addresses can be updated when a synchronization process is run.


The Connect Module login email address may be different to those email addresses in the payroll.  The Login email address cannot be updated from the payroll but must be updated in the Connect Module.
