It is important to enter the correct date of birth for employees.
This information is used for elderly tax credits which come into effect at the age of 55.
It also applies to NSSA deductions which come into effect at the age of 65.
The Date of birth information is inserted in the employee master record for each employee.
To do this go to the 'Edit', then 'Employee Master' menu options. Select the employee and edit/ enter the date of birth on the Personal 1 tab.
