In Belina HR there is the facility to enter an employee's health records e.g. health status, health conditions, blood group and the employee's doctor details.
Health issues may be processed in the HR side of the system with a full historical record of transactions. Complete flexibility is given when setting up Health conditions and other health matters for the staff in your organization.
HEALTH RECORDS
To note a Health condition against an employee:
- Go to 'Edit', then 'Employee Master'
- Select the employee being processed
- Go to the 'Medical' tab
- Select the blood group type on the 'Blood Group' drop-down menu
- Select the health state on the 'Health Status' drop-down menu
- To input specific Health conditions that apply to the employee:
- Click 'Insert' under 'Health Conditions’
- If the health condition does not exist, or needs modification, press 'Insert' or 'Change' to make the necessary change to the Health Conditions.
- If the Condition has been inserted or changed, click on 'OK'
- Highlight the applicable Health Condition
- Click on 'Select' to add the condition to those affecting the employee
- To add doctor/s details for the employee press 'Insert' under 'Doctor(s)'
- Enter the name of the doctor and other details
- Press 'Ok' to save
