By law you must keep your records for seven years before you are allowed to destroy/ delete them. In this era where the amount of storage space is relatively cheap, it is possible to record and keep backups longer.
Make sure to take backups and store them on a safe storage medium, see FAQ topic: ‘Backup - Storage Media.’ Records from as far back as you started Belina will be available in these backups.
