Employees are entitled to receive a minimum of 30 calendar days leave per annum or an equivalent number of working days (21.67 days).
The employment contract may detail a higher leave entitlement which would apply on a case-to-case basis. Enter the annual leave entitlement into Global defaults for the leave entitlement to come through, as default, into the 'Works' Tab of each Employee Master. This is done by going to the 'Setup', then 'Global Defaults' menu options, then selecting the 'Leave' tab and then entering the default leave entitlement. For more information on this see this link.
