Membership
Working Zimbabweans aged 16 to 65 are obligated to be a member of POBS (Pension and Other Benefits Scheme).
Contributions
The contribution rates are currently 4.5% (as of 2024) of the insurable earnings for the employee and an equal amount by the employer, giving a total of 9% up to a maximum amount.

Contribution Threshold US$ 31.50
