To award pay increases to employees that are being paid according to the Internal grade rates or NEC grade rates, can be done by simply changing the grade rate. This would apply to all employees being paid using that grade according to the Employee Master file.
To do this the Internal Grade Rates, or the NEC Grade Rates would have to be updated. See these links to see how this is done for Internal Grade Rates and NEC Grade Rates.
A pay increase could also be done using the Pay Increase Module. Use the 'Options' button to select the range of, or tag, the Internal Grades that will receive the pay increase. Select the 'Pay Increase Module' dropdown menu under this link and scroll to the bottom of the text for further information on how to effect pay rate changes to grade rates using the Pay Increase Module.
