Pay - Using Grade Rates

To pay employees using the rate of pay for the grade:

Step 1 - Set up the Internal Grades and enter the grade rate that applies to each grade.

Step 2 - Enter the Internal Grade into each Employee Master record where Internal Grade rates are to apply:

Step 3 - Go to the 'Pay' tab in each Employee Master record for those being paid by Grade rate and set the radio button against 'Base Rate On' field to 'Internal Grade'.
