Belina Payroll HR has the facility to process Internal Grades and NEC Grades.
Grades are useful when employees are paid according to grade rates. Pay increases can then be effected more efficiently.
Grades may be based on internationally recognized grading guidelines (such as the Paterson system), be set by the National Employment Council (NEC) or be set internally.
The benefits of using Internal Grades
- Rates of pay for a grade can be changed which updates all the employees on that grade.
- Distinguishes seniority levels.

Most commonly grades that have been set up within the organization whether based on international guidelines or not.
