APWCS (formerly WCIF) - Rates/ Contact

Modified on Thu, 14 Mar 2024 at 09:13 AM

This is company specific depending on the level of risk associated with the core business. How much is contributed towards each employee will be based on the Basic Salary. You should independently verify the rates to apply for your industry.

APWCS contributions are payable by the 10th day of the subsequent month.

To get information on APWCS contact NSSA, as follows:

NSSA House

Cnr Selous Avenue / Sam Nujoma Street

Harare

Phone 0242 799031

It is best to use the APWCS deduction rates given by NSSA on registration.  APWCS rates are also listed in a downloadable document available from the NSSA website, as follows:

https://www.nssa.org.zw/downloads/

Then select the 'APWCS Industry Code Rates' download.

Note: These rates are not always up to date, use them as a guideline only.

For further information on how to setup WCIF and process the amounts see the heading 'Other - Employer Contributions (ZiMDeF, WCIF, Standards Development Levy)' under the following link: Other
