If the Rate of Pay has been changed in the Employee Master, but the change is not reflected in Payslip Input then this may be caused by the change not being saved properly after making the change in the Employee Master record for the employee.
To avoid this happening ensure that there are no required fields left blank in the Employee Master record for that employee and ensure that the save goes is recorded by re-entering the employee record after closing the screen.
If this continues to happen go to 'Process', 'Payslip Input' menu options. Select the employee and delete the Basic Code, then reinsert it.
