Import from Third Party Time Control Systems

If you are using a third party time and attendance system, not supplied by Belina it may still be possible to import transactions into Belina Payroll. The initial step is to submit to Belina an example of data extracted from the third party system with an explanation of what data is contained in each data field. A custom conversion program may have to be written to automate the conversion of the data into a format suitable for import.  Belina will be able to provide a quotation for this work to be done. Currently time and attendance information can be imported from various time recording products supported in Zimbabwe.  

Backup

We advise a backup be taken before doing the import  This precaution will enable the system to be put back into the position it was in before undertaking the procedure.
