If you are struggling to Log into the Belina Software:
Scenario 1:
Check that you have the correct:
- Password,
- Login name, and
- Server name.
If you have forgotten any of these details then ask your payroll administrator for a password reset or contact Belina support for assistance.
Scenario 2:
Check that the MSSQL Service is running. For more information see FAQ Topic: 'Network Issues - Unable to login from Workstation'
